Our Company

Our organization was established on May 1, 1961. We specialize in making small personal loans to qualifying individuals. Our headquarters is located in St. Louis, Missouri and we currently operate in four States (Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois and Missouri). We operate several different offices under the names of Banner Finance and Commerce Finance Company. We generally loan money up to $1000 and for terms from 5 to 12 months depending on the State laws we are licensed under.  We only make loans in the States that we have licenses.

We are a family business and try to treat our customers and employees as part of our family. Our owners and officers are readily available to speak to other "family members". Our locations are situated in cities and towns where local residents manage and work in these offices. They provide a friendly atmosphere for the residents of the community and we strive to provide the best service in the industry.
